WINWHOLESALE IS PLAYING TO WIN WITH BUSINESS

GE UNIT SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. -November 22, 2004 - WinWholesale, Inc., (WinWholesale)
and Business Credit Services, a unit of GE that provides innovative,
business-to-business finance programs, recently signed an exclusive
agreement to provide receivables management and marketing solutions
to WinWholesale customers, through an open account trade credit
program. The new program will be introduced to WinWholesale's nationwide
customer base and is expected to help the company extend its market
reach, increase operating efficiencies, lower expenses and free
working capital.
As part of the agreement, WinWholesale's customers will be able
to take advantage of Business Credit Services' state-of-the-art
systems and customized financial solutions. The program will provide
open account trade credit and an extended suite of service capabilities
including instant credit, online account information and monthly
statements directly linked through the WinWholesale Web site. The
enhanced open account credit services will be available to customers
at all locations nationwide.
